In order for an entity or individual to become a Qualified Bidder on the date of the sale, such entity or person must obtain a bidder’s number by delivering a $10,000 check made payable to the Mullin, Hoard & Brown, LLP IOLTA Account.  Check shall be refundable to the Qualified Bidder unless such entity or individual becomes a successful high bidder on a particular parcel and such amount becomes the Auction Bid Price on that parcel.  In such event, a ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium shall be calculated on the Auction Bid Price, and added to the Auction Bid Price, and such sum shall become the Contract Purchase Price.  The $10,000 paid by the winning Qualified Bidder to obtain the bidder’s number shall be credited against the amount of earnest money required to hold the sale.
