Step I All Users
- Log In to the website using the button
on the left side of the screen.
- Go the Auction that you want to view to Bidders Packet
for.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page
- If there is information available for download you will
see it shown below the headline "Documents
". See below

Step II Windows XP Users
- Right-Click on View
- Select "Save Target As..."
- From the "Save As" dialog choose the location where you want
to save the zip file. You may find it easist to save it to your
Desktop.
- Click Save
Step II All Other Users
- Click on View
- Save the file to your Desktop
Step III Windows XP Users
- After the file has finished downloading, go to the location where
you saved the file.
- Right-Click on the Zip file/folder
- Choose "Extract All..."
- Follow the Extraction Wizard
Step III All Other Users
- After the file has finished downloading, go to the location where
you saved the file.
- Normally,
just Double-Clicking on the Zip file will open a decompression
utility. Most all current Operating Systems come with some type of
file compression utility. If you don't have a suitable program try
the free expansion utility: Stuff
It.
Step IV All Users
- Open the Auction Information Folder
- Depending upon your operating system you may see multiple folders
inside the Auction Info Folder.
- If so, Double-Click on the one with the same name as the sale.
- Now you should see one or more PDF files.
- Double-Click on the various files to view the information.
- There are a variety of programs that will allow you to view PDF
files. If you need a program to view these files you can download
a free viewer at Adobe.
