1. Most likely you typed your email address incorrectly. It should look like: "username@domain.com". Try to register again and be very precise when you enter your email address.

Q. Is registering on the website the same as signing up to receive email notifications about upcoming auctions?

No. The registration process gives you on-line access to bid packets for all auctions. Registered Customers also receive a bi-monthly notification of upcoming auctions.

Signing up to receive email notifications only gives you bi-monthly notification of upcoming auctions.

Q. I signed up to receive email notifications, but I have not received any. How do I know if I'm on the list?

1. If you received a confirmation when you signed up, then you are on the list. Otherwise, resubmit your email address. People frequently enter their email address incorrectly.
2. If your using any type of spam filtering, add the address technology@higgenbotham.com to your address book and/or your white list.

Q. Are the Bidder Packets Mac compatible?

Yes, you will be downloading either a pdf file or zip file containing multiple pdf files. Both types are compatible with Macs.

If you are having trouble using a Mac, try using the Safari browser instead on Internet Explorer.

Q. Do you pay referral fees to Brokers who register buyers.

Yes we do. You must contact us by phone at the numbers below to receive a Broker Registration form.
