- Q. I tried to register on the website, but I never received my password.
- There was a problem with your email address.
- Most likely you typed your email address incorrectly. It should look like: "username@domain.com". Try to register again and be very precise when you enter your email address.
- If your using any type of spam filtering, add the address technology@higgenbotham.com to your address book and/or your white list.
- Q. I registered and received my password, but when I try to log in I get an error?
- Make sure that your User Name does not contain blank spaces or special characters. Your User Name should have only letters & numbers. If that appears to be the problem then re-register with a proper user name.
- Q. How do I download a Bidders Packet?
- First, Register with our website.
- Q. Is registering on the website the same as signing up to receive email notifications about upcoming auctions?
- No. The registration process gives you on-line access to bid packets for all auctions. Registered Customers also receive a bi-monthly notification of upcoming auctions.
- Signing up to receive email notifications only gives you bi-monthly notification of upcoming auctions.
- Q. I signed up to receive email notifications, but I have not received any. How do I know if I'm on the list?
- If you received a confirmation when you signed up, then you are on the list. Otherwise, resubmit your email address. People frequently enter their email address incorrectly.

- Q. Are the Bidder Packets Mac compatible?
- Yes, you will be downloading either a pdf file or zip file containing multiple pdf files. Both types are compatible with Macs.
- If you are having trouble using a Mac, try using the Safari browser instead on Internet Explorer.
- Q. Do you pay referral fees to Brokers who register buyers.
- Yes we do. You must contact us by phone at the numbers below to receive a Broker Registration form.
