Create an online account with our firm and obtain property information that was previously only available by mail or overnight courier. There is no cost or obligation to you of any kind. Our only request is that you provide us with factual information. In order to meet our obligations to our sellers we must know who we are providing information to. We have a simple privacy policy: "Your information will not be given to any third parties".

Once you log-in to the system you can view all the same pages as before, but in addition when an auction has a bidders packet available we will add a link to those documents to the bottom of the page for that auction. Only people have logged in will see those documents. Of course, all property information is still available from our office.
