Pickup:
All items must be picked up by Sept. 24th, 2021.
It will be your responsibility to obtain pickup, packing & shipping for any and all items.
Cost of packaging, shipping, insurance and any other related costs will be borne by the purchaser.
The auction company will not be responsible for packing your items.
If you purchase lot 1, it will be the buyers responsibility and expense to have an electrician remove the transformer and electric panels.
If you purchase lot 1b, it will be your responsibility to load the items. We do not have a forklift or any way to assist in the loading process. There is a forklift and driver that will be available for higher to help load at checkout.
Any items not able to picked up the day of sale will need to be arranged for an alternate pickup day with the auction manager Angie Poole.
