***A 3 Day Waiting Period Applies To All Hand Guns & Now To All Long Guns Unless You Provide A Valid Concealed Carry Permit. **In 2018, Florida enacted a 3-day waiting period on all long guns unless you have a valid concealed weapons permit.
Live Bidding Terms:
10% Buyers Premium. A 3.5% surcharge for credit/debit cards. Items purchased will not be released until full payment is received, verified, and approved. Payment may be made with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfer
15% Buyer’s Premium, 7% Florida Sales Tax. Dealers purchasing must register their State of Florida tax exemption form prior to the sale. If you provide a valid copy of your State of Florida tax exemption certificate within 7 days after the auction, the sales tax will be refunded to you.
Payment made by credit card on file with Proxibid immediately following the auction close. Shipping is available, check internet bidding site for terms. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. A second charge will be charged to your card once shipping and handling charges have been established.
